Note - these facility rates do not apply to any wedding package offered as the facility rate is already figured into the package cost!
Our facility rental rates include:
- Exclusive Use of the Historic Bride’s Cottage and Groom’s Den
- Use of the Sandstone Wedding Gardens
- Chiavari Chairs for Both Ceremony and Reception
- Use of the Entire Building for Your Reception
- Guest Dining tables; House China, Flat Ware, and Glassware
- Floor Length Ivory or White Linens / Custom Overlays and Linens Available
- Setup and Breakdown of Entire Event
Please feel free to inquire about our low season rates effective November 1st through April 15th (Low season rates not available the first two Saturdays in December.)

Craftwood Capacity
- October 21 through May 15th: 108 Guests will fit on our Lower Level inside the building.
- May 16th till about Oct 20th: 150 Guests will fit on our Lower Level and Connected Covered outside patio.
