The Craftwood’s co-owner and Executive Chef, Brian Scully, was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. The Craftwood’s menus showcase Brian’s extensive talent and diversity. Specializing in upscale “Colorado Comfort Cuisine” our buffets are designed to please even the most discriminating palate with electrifying flavors and eye-catching presentations. You choose all of your passed hors d’oeuvres, salads, side dishes, and entrees from our extensive lists or you can create your own during your personalized consultation with Brian.
Our bar showcases some of Colorado’s unique distilleries. We carry an extensive offering of premium spirits and will work with to accommodate a special request. Our gourmet coffee bar with all of its goodies is always a hit!
